Intro to Natural Dyes Workshop with Fatima Knits
Dye sessions act as an interactive introduction to natural dye. Every dye session is uniquely tailored to each group and may change seasonally due to the availability of natural dye materials. Each participant will work with 27x27 cotton bandanas to learn and practice a variety of dye techniques.

About the Instructor:
Fatima Janneh is a Gambian American fiber and textiles artist. Based in DC, she works primarily with natural dye and is an avid knitter. Currently teaching dye workshops and selling at markets around the city.

Come join us for a hands-on repotting basics class at indigro plant design! We'll talk about soil composition as well as when & how to repot yoru plants (and when not to repot) to ensure your plants continue thriving in their new pot.
Class fee includes one 4" or 6" repot so bring your bb's to class. Addtional repots are a minimum $10 and repotting is always free when you buy a pot from us.

Plant Parenthood Basics & Plant Clinic
This class will cover the basics of plant care with an introduction to a variety of houseplant groups ranging from easy care to higher maintenance.
There will be a plant clinic following for those who would like to ask specific questions about their houseplants. Bring your plant or a photo for easier diagnosis.
Plants discussed in class will be available for sale at the event.
